Who is Chloe?

Up until May 2020, I had been freelancing as an Account Manager in lots of fantastic creative agencies across London. Life was busy and reassuringly stable. Until, bam - a global pandemic reaches the UK. You’ve all been there, and can probably guess most of the story! After fumbling around and staring at the wall for a bit, I decided to take the opportunity to immerse myself in one of my most beloved pastimes, cheese. And everything cheesy. Although not a master or philosopher of cheese by any stretch I have always strived to educate myself about it, talk about it and eat as much of it as is medically recommended (or just a tad more).
